Edwin “Tex” Arnold was a long-time Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) driver with seven divisional championships, and also served as technical inspector for the U.S. Grand Prix Formula 1 race in Indianapolis. Arnold also was Director of Club Racing for the SCCA and worked for many prominent teams in road racing.
