Stan Cisar Sr. was a top flagman and official in the Omaha area for many years. Some of the tracks that Cisar worked were Sunset, Grandview and Riverside Speedways in Omaha; Denison and Harlan, Iowa; Playland Speedway Park in Council Bluffs, Iowa; Ord; and the Civic Auditorium in Omaha for indoor races. Cisar was inducted into the Nebraska Auto Racing Hall of Fame in 2005.
